Water level rises in major reservoirs in Kerala
Thiruvananthapuram, Oct 4 (UNI) Major reservoirs in Kerala have recorded an increase in water level, according to figures released by the Central Water Commission.
The water level at Idukki increased from 2400.02 ft to 2400.92 ft, at Idamalayar from 554.07 ft to 554.75 ft and at Kallada from 377.40 ft to 379.99 ft.
When compared with the water levels recorded during the same period last year, Kallada, Idukki and Idamalayar reserviors showed an increase of 05.97 ft, 32.96 ft and 07.83 ft respectively.
