Agriculture Information through SMS

Pune, Oct 4, 2007: Global news agency Reuters has rolled out a special information service for the farming community.

The service will supply statistics on prices of agricultural produce to farmers in the state of Maharahstra enabling them to make quick and informed decisions about where to sell their produce.
