Rane Madras to sell Chennai land for Rs 55.36 cr

New Delhi, Oct 4 (UNI) Rane Madras Ltd today said it has agreed to sell surplus land in Chennai for Rs 55.36 crore.

About 84,360 square feet of land was rendered surplus after it shifted manufacturing to a new facility on the outskirts of Chennai, company said in a statement.

The sale is expected to be completed in 30 days, it said.

UNI
