No truck with Cong: Karnataka CM


Bangalore, Oct 4: Karnataka Chief Minister H D Kumarswamy today ruled out seeking Congress support in the present political situation for continuing in power.

Talking to newspersons on the sidelines of a programme at Victoria Hospital here, he said ''the JD (S)-BJP coalition government is still alive and for the moment the question of seeking Congress support does not arise.'' Mr Kumaraswamy said he would take a final decision on transfer of power to the BJP after the Political Affairs Committee Meeting to be held in New Delhi tomorrow.

Earlier, Mr Kumarswamy inaugurated the Institute of Nephrology-Urology, set up at a cost of Rs 15 crore at the Victoria Hospital premises.
