Logitech jazzes up consumer electronics market with hi-tech gizmos
Mumbai, Oct 4 (UNI) Swiss-based Logitech, a USD 2 billion world leader in digital lifestyle products, today unveiled its Harmony Universal Remotes and Sound Music Systems.
The Logitech Universal Remotes line up includes Harmony Remote 1000 (touch screen), Harmony 885 and Harmony 525 and the wireless streaming music systems includes the Logitech Squeezebox and Logitech DJ wireless.
Unveiling the range, Bollywood actress Soha Ali Khan said, ''My dad just learnt how to SMS and my parents have also become tech savvy. I have to confess that I have vested interest in coming here.
I have just bought a house in Mumbai and I am looking for high-tech equipments. I hope they have what I want. I had seen Harmony 1000 when I was travelling in the US earlier this year and had wanted to get my hands on it. Its really cool, I can get rid of all my other remotes.'' The Logitech Universal Harmony Remotes are priced at Rs 27,995 while the Logitech Wireless DJ, that streams PC music to the stereo and controls the computer's playlist from anywhere in the house thanks to a larger clear LCD screen and intuitive scroll wheel interface, costs Rs 15,995 and the Logitech Squeezebox is priced at Rs 19,995.
