Kumaraswamy convenes Cabinet meeting tomorrow

Bangalore, Oct 4 (UNI) In a surprise move, Karnataka Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy has convened a Cabinet meeting tomorrow morning.

The meeting, scheduled to start at 0930 hrs, is expected to be attended only by JD(S) Ministers, as BJP Ministers, including Deputy Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa, have tendered their resignations, demanding a transfer of power to the BJP.

However, Mr Kumaraswamy said an invitation was extended to the BJP Ministers also to attend the Cabinet meeting, but it was left to them to attend or not.

According to official sources, there was no fixed agenda for tomorrow's Cabinet meeting and subjects pending during the last two meetings might be taken up.
