Gram Pradhan among 3 wounded in firing

Gonda, Oct 4 (UNI) Three people, including Gram Pradhan of Ranijot village, were severely wounded in firing between two groups of fishermen in the Dhanepur area here.

Police today said the incident occurred at a ghat late yesterday, where a dispute in relation to fish catching snowballed.

The two groups resorted to firing and stone pelting, wounding Gram Pradhan Hassan and two others.

Investigation was on.
