Death sentence to an accused in murder case

Samastipur,Oct 4(UNI) A local fast track court here yesterday awarded death sentence to a person for murdering a seven-year-old child.

Fast track court judge Vipin Bihari Srivastav found the accused Nand Kishore Yadav guilty of killing the little boy of Alampur village under Vibhutipur police station in the district .

According to the charges the victim was lynched by the convict on February 03,1995.
