Morgan Stanley acquires 5.36 pc shares in Vakrangee Softwares

Mumbai, Oct 3 (UNI) Morgan Stanley&Company, one of the leading foreign institutional investors (FIIs), has picked up 5.36 per cent equity stake in Vakrangee Softwares (VSL), a leading integrated document and printing management solutions provider in India.

Similarly, Goldman Sachs Investments (Mauritius) and Merrill Lynch Capital Markets have already acquired 9.52 per cent and 7.33 per cent stake respectively in Vakrangee Software.

Vakrangee Softwares, incorporated in the year 1990 offers end to end solution in the document and print management area.
