In4velocity forays into Middle East in Real Estate

Bangalore, Oct 3 (UNI) The city-based In4velocity Systems, a leading Real Estate and Property Development Software firm has signed its first customer Omniyat properties, a part of Omniyat Holdings Group in Dubai to enter into the lucrative real estate market in the Middle East.

The licencing and services, initially valued at over Rs one crore was expected to cross Rs three crore by the end of the year, a release here said.

Systems CEO Rahul Chawla said "we see the Middle East market as a major market with a lot of possibilities for expansion.'' ''One can automate the business processes right from land acquisition to engineering, from purchase to sales and from rental to property management, he added.
