In4velocity forays into Middle East in real estate

Bangalore, Oct 3: A city based In4velocity Systems, India's leading Real Estate and Property Development software firm has signed up its first customer in Dubai, Omniyat Properties, a part of Omniyat Holdings group to enter into the lucrative Real Estate market in the Middle East.

The licensing and services is initially valued at over Rs one crore and is expected to cross Rs three crore by the end of the year a press release said.

In4velocity Systems CEO, Rahul Chawla, said "We see the Middle East market as a major market for us with a lot of possibilities for expansion. In our estimates, it is worth over 50 million dollars in terms of licensing sales and services as the Real Estate sector is still booming here". "In4velocity has now crossed over from becoming just a leading player in the Indian market scenario to become an International player", added Rahul Chawla.
