HDFC buys 45 lakh shares in HDB Financial

New Delhi, Oct 3 (UNI) HDFC Bank Ltd today said it has acquired 45 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each in HDB Financial Services Ltd.

After this acquisition HDB Financial service has become subsidiary of HDFC Bank, a statement said.

The Mumbai-based HDFC Bank operates in three segments- retail banking, wholesale banking and treasury services.
