M&M registers 35.8 pc sales growth in Sept

Mumbai, Oct 2: Mahindra and Mahindra, a part of the USD 4.5 bn Mahindra group, reported an increase in its vehicles sales in the month of September with the total sales of vehicles including exports registering a growth of 35.8 per cent.

The total sales of vehicles was 106,094 as against 78,144 vehicles for the corresponding last year.

In the domestic market, the company clocked total vehicles sales of 18,569 units as against 14,865 units in the corresponding month last fiscal.

The company's automative sector clocked sales of 1302 vehicles in September as against 1055 units in the corresponding period last fiscal.
