Tanishq to enter US market by mid-2008

New Delhi, Sep 27 (UNI) Titan Industries Ltd today said it will foray into the US market with its jewellery brand 'Tanishq' by the middle of next year and open its exclusive outlets.

''Our next target in the overseas market is the US, where we will take our brand Tanishq by June next year,'' company's Managing Director Bhaskar Bhat told reporters here at the launch of its heritage collection.

At present, the company has its presence in 31 countries.

''Initially, we will open two exclusive stores in the US,'' Mr Bhat said.

''As of now, we have sufficient number of brands, even operating in overseas market,'' he said, adding that the company enters three to four overseas market every year.
