Outpost in charge among 7 injured in road accident

Lucknow, Sep 27 (UNI) Seven policemen, including an outpost incharge were grievously injured in a road accident, when a jeep and a roadways bus collided in Kaushambhi district of Uttar Pradesh today.

The mishap took place on Kanpur-Allahabad highway near Kazipur village, jeep was carrying the policemen, police said.

Besides, outpost incharge Anand Kumar Singh, three sub-inspector, three contables and driver of the vehicle were injured and admitted to S R N Hospial.

Investigation was on.
