New alliance in HR industry

Mumbai, Sep 27 (UNI) Mumbai-based HR Annexi and BlessingWhite, a US-based global human resource (HR) consultancy firm, announced their alliance here yesterday.

Speaking to media, BlessingWhite MD Ken Simper said, ''We believe that the time to enter the Indian market could not be better. HR Annexi brings services that almost perfectly compliment our offerings.'' Speaking on country's HR industry, HR Annexi's Ashish Arora said, ''Today, the HR industry is like a cottage industry, similar to what it was 35-40 years ago in the US. But things have looked up in the last 5-7 years, with the biggest challenge being turning human resources to human capital.'' HR Annexi currently has offices in Mumbai and Bangalore and plans to expand to 12 offices within the next two years.
