World Conference on Cardiology at Mount Abu from Sep 28

New Delhi, Sept 26 (UNI) Over 1500 top cardiologists and physicians from India and abroad will converge at the picturesque hill station Mount Abu in Rajasthan for a three-day conference that will commence from September 28.

The main objective of the ''World Congress on Clinical and Preventive Cardiology'' will be to spread awareness about the causes of coronary artery disease (CAD) and angina and its early detection and prevention through a 3-D model of Soul-Mind-Body medicine for heart-health management in the 21st Century, said Dr Satish Gupta, a renowned heart surgeon and the Secretary General of the conference.

The conference will also be attended by people from different walks of life including doctors, lawyers, industrialists, bureaucrats, political leaders, district and state level governors.

This conference is being organised by the Brahma Kumaris' Rajyoga Education and Research Foundation, Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), Ministry of Defence, Times Foundation of the Times of India and many others.
