Students wing of DMK demands arrest of Vedanti

Puducherry, Sep 26 (UNI) The students wing of the DMK today demanded registration of a case and arrest of former BJP MP Ram Vilas Vedanti for his 'fatwa' against DMK president and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi.

DMK Students Wing Deputy Leader Bala alias Balasubramanian submitted a memorandum to the Inspector General of Police, in which he stated that Vedanti had committed offences under 505(i)(b)(c) and 506-II of IPC.
