Special sessions for women scientists, farmers
Bhopal, Sep 26 (UNI) Special parallel sessions would be organised for women scientists, peasants and sculptors during the three-day 'Indian Science Conference' getting underway in the state capital on November 23.
Madhya Pradesh Science and Technology Minister Kailash Vijaywargiya today said special sessions for peasants, sculptors and women would be organised on November 23, 24 and 25 respectively.
He said scientific methods by combining traditional and modern methods to make agriculture more profitable should be discussed.
The minister said the country had a great tradition in field of craftsmanship and sculpting. Many experiments regarding improving design of tools was being carried out. Research papers in this field would be included in the special session.
