One killed, three injured in house collapse

Darbhanga, Sept 26(UNI) A person died on the spot, while three others sustained severe injuries, when a mud house collasped in heavy downpour at Raiyyam village under Benipur block in the district late last night.

Police sources here said the mishap occurred in the late last night yesterday when the victim Ramswaroop Yadav was fast asleep with his three sons. The victim died on the spot, while his sons sustained multiple injuries and were rushed to a local hospital.

Meanwhile, District Magistrate Upender Sharma has orderd closure of all educational institutions till September 28 because of the inclement weather.
