Old female ascetic murdered in Kolhapur

Kolhapur, Sep 26 (UNI) A 75-year-old female ascetic was murdered by unkown persons in her room at Sathmari locality here.

The woman, identified as Kisabai Mandrekar, was found lying in a pool of blood by her neighbours yesterday, police said today.

Kisabai was residing in a rented room and used to collect alms for her livelihood, police said and added no arrests have been made in this connection so far.
