Clash over T20 victory in AP

Kurnool,Andhra Pradesh, Sep 26 (UNI) A clash broke out between two groups last night during a rally to celebrate the Indian team's victory in the World Twenty20 Championship.

Police said the incident occurred when a group of people rushed out of a place of worship to protest the rally.

The miscreants set fire to a two wheeler and pelted stones injuring one person. Police said the law and order situation was under control.

However, prohibitory orders under Section 144 continue to be in force in the town.
