Tourism Minister to take delegation to Mali

Hyderabad, Sep 24: Andhra Pradesh Minister for Information and Public Relations, Tourism, Aanam Ramanayana Reddy will lead a delegation form the state to participate at the 'Pacific Asia Travel Association Mart 2007'(PATA Mart 2007) at Bali, Indonesia from September 25 to 28.

Principal Secretary Tourism and Cultural Department G Sudhir, Chairman Andhra Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation T K Dewan and other officials would also accompany the minister, an official release said here yesterday.

The visit of the AP delegation assumes significance in the context of Hyderabad, which would host PATA Mart 2008 from Septmber 16 to 19 in the city and more than 4000 delegates from the North and South will take part in the event It was anticipated that the PATA Mart 2008 would showcase Hyderabad on the international circuit as a famous and significant travel and tourism destination.
