SMS Pharma to take over sick Plant Organics

New Delhi, Sept 24 (UNI) SMS Pharmaceuticals Ltd today said its board has decided to take over Plant Organics Ltd, a company under the Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR).

The acquisition will bring in a manufacturing unit besides giving it ''substantial'' tax benefits, company said in a statement.
