McNally issues 1.50 lakh equity shares in lieu of warrants

New Delhi, Sept 24 (UNI) McNally Bharat Engineering Company Ltd today said it has allotted 1,50,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 133 on conversion of an equal number of convertible warrants.

The shares have been issued to Williamson Magor&Co Ltd, said a statement.

The equity shares will be subject to 'lock-in' for a period of one year from the date of allotment, it added.
