Tezpore signs MoU with Dalmia Tea Plantation, to sell tea estate

New Delhi, Sep 21 (UNI) Tezpore Tea Company Ltd today said it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Dalmia Tea Plantation&Industries Ltd to sell its Merryview tea estate.

However, the amount of the transaction was not disclosed, a statement said.

Dalmia Tea Plantations, West Bengal, is basically a bought leaf factory producing huge quantities of CTC type black tea daily.

UNI
