Morari Bapu to hold 'Ram Katha' in Kutch Dargah

Ahmedabad, Sep 21 (UNI) A nine-day Ram Katha, 'Manas Mohabbat', by spiritual guru and Ramayana narrator Morari Bapu will be held at the Hajipir Dargah in Kutch district from tomorrow with a view to bringing India and Pakistan closer and to foster amity between Hindus and Muslims.

The 'Ram Katha' narration will continue till September 30 and will be attended by Indian and Pakistani artistes among others, who will organise cultural programmes daily in the evening.

The Hajipir Dargah, a famous shrine in Kutch, is visited by a large number of Muslims and Hindus during the annual ''Urs''.

Morari Bapu has narrated 'Kathas' in an airplane, in a steamer and also at Kailas Mansarovar and Amarnath. He has held 'Gandhi Katha' at the Gandhi Ashram and 'Ram Katha' in Bardoli to spread awareness on sanitation among tribals and 'Dalits'.
