Central Team to conduct aerial survey in K'taka

Bangalore, Sep 21 (UNI) Conceding to the demand by the Karnataka Government, the government will send a Central Team to make an aerial survey of flood-hit areas of Northern Karnataka, while Union Home Minister Shivraj Patil will hold a meeting here on September 26.

According to official sources, the team officials from New Delhi headed by Union Minister of State for Home Radhika Selvi, was expected to arrive in the city tomorrow.

Mr Patil would meet officials and review the flood situation that battered ten districts in North Karnataka, the sources added.
