RPF of Eastern Railway observes 23rd Raising Day

Kolkata, Sep 20 (UNI) Railway Protection Force (RPF) of Eastern Railway today observed its 23rd Raising day at Lilluah RPF Parade Ground here.

Eastern Railway General Manager Narendra Kumar Goel took the salute of the colourful parade in which six contingents of the RPF took part. Preety Goel, President, Eastern Railway Women Welfare Organisation(ERWWO), S C Sinha, Chief Security Commissioner/Eastern Railway, AK Maitra, Divisional Railway Manager, Howrah, were also present on the occasion.

The General Manager has announced cash awards for the platoons which participated in the parade, besides, seperate awards for the Dog Squad, RPF Band, office staff, Instructors and staff of Lilluah RPF Training School were also announced on this occasion.
