Narayansamy condemns attack on TN CM's daughter's house

Puducherry, Sep 20 (UNI) AICC General Secretary V Narayansamy MP today condemned the attack on the residence of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi's daughter in Bangalore on September 18.

In a statement here, Mr Narayansamy said the BJP government led by Mr Vajpayee had evolved the Sethusamundram project and now they were opposing it.

''It is up to them whether to accept the views of Mr Karunanidhi or not. However, the attack on the residence of Tamizh Selvi is undemocratic,'' he said.

He urged the Karnataka Government to take immediate steps to book the culprits and give protection to the Tamils in the state.
