Kerala Speaker warns against misuse of Assembly premises

Thiruvananthapuram, Sep 20 (UNI) Kerala Assembly Speaker K Radhakrishnan today warned of action if the Assembly premises were used as meeting place with the participation of outsiders in violation of House rules and House precedents.

In a statement here, he said it was in violation of the circular issued by the Assembly and Rule 2(1) of the Assembly Rules. All had the responsibility to obey the rules and precedents of the Assembly, he added.

Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee President Ramesh Chennithala had addressed the five MLAs, who ended their indefinite fast demanding the resignation of Forests Minister Binoy Viswom and a CBI probe into the ISRO land deal.
