Group of Pak intruders slipped into India

Fazilka, Sep 20: The Border Security Force (BSF) shot dead an intruder from Pakistan near Border Outpost (BOP) Pattan in the Fazilka sector last night, BSF sources today said.

According to the reports, a group of intruders slipped into Indian territory around midnight. The alert BSF jawans after issuing a warning opened fire, killing one intruder while the rest managed to slip back into Pak territory.

Preliminary reports indicated that the killed intruder was a Pak national. No recovery of weapons or drugs was made during the search of the area by the BSF.
