Cultural heritage to showcase at Hardwar Mahostav

Hardwar, Sep 20 (UNI) The rich and multi-dimensional cultural heritage of this district will be showcased at Hardwar Mahotsav starting from November 18.

District Magistrate, Anand Vardhan told UNI today that keeping in view the national and international importance of Hardwar, the six-day Mahotsav would represent the rich and multi-dimensional cultural heritage of the district.

The sources said besides ensuring the involvement of the local talents, national and international artistes would be invited to take part in the cultural extravaganza.

The efforts are being made to make the mahotsav an annual feature on the pattern of Shardotsav being held every year at Musoorie and Nainital, Mr Vardhan added.
