Two killed, 26 injured in road accident

Jeypore, Sep 19 (UNI) At least two persons were killed and 26 injured, seven of them critically, following a road accident at Boriguma-Bisinpur highway under Boriguma police station here today.

Police said the accident occured when a minitruck skidded off the road and overturned near the highway.

The victims, who were in the vehicle, were on their way to the Boriguma weekly market from Hardali village, near here.

All the injured have been rushed to Koraput district headquarter hospital, police added.
