Indian dosa giant to open outlets in UAE, USA

Raipur, Sep 19 (UNI) Dosa Plaza, a south Indian cuisine food chain that offers an exhaustive range of dosas with exotic fusion fillings, is planning to open its outlets in Dubai, Sharjah and in the United States.

''Outlets in Dubai and Sharjah are scheduled to be opened by March next year while preparations are being made to enter US market soon'', said Mr Jagdish Khorwal, CEO of Club City, a multi-speciality food court and food management solution provider.

He said dosa plaza offers the world's largest menu of crisp dosas, including 27 trademarked dosas such as American Chopsuey Dosa, Schezwan Dosa, American Delight Dosa, Chinese Delight Dosa, Mexican Roast Dosa and Mexi roll Dosa.

Mr Khorwal said club city has 14 brands offering specialities that ranged from South Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian cuisine, Thai and Chinese cuisine, tikka outlets and a Mexican range.

He said the Club City has plans to operate food courts across India, mainly focussing more on cities and towns other than metros.
