Hindu Sena demands Karunanidhi's resignation, apology
Bangalore, Sep 13 (UNI) Rashtriya Hindu Sena leader Pramod Muthalik today demanded the resignation of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi for his statement on Lord Rama and also an apology from him.
Talking to newspersons here, he said the Chief Minister should not have touched the sentiments of the Hindus. ''Mr Karunanidhi should tender an apology and quit the Chief Minister post immediately.'' The 'Sri Rama Sena' would continue its agitation, until the demands were met, he added.
To a question, Mr Muthalik said the Sri Rama Sena activists were not involved in the last night incidents.
''All religions should be respected equally and henceforth we will not sit quiet and remain silent spectators for the atrocities against the Hindus'' he declared.
