Daughter murders mother in Karnataka

Mysore, Sep 19 (UNI) In a gruesome incident, a daughter allegedly murdered her mother with the help of her paramour at her residence in Kayathamaranahalli in the city today.

Police said the deceased was identified as Sujatha (40) and the daughter Vidya, an school student with the help of her lover Gururaja, allegedly killed her by strangulating her using a pillow for objecting to their affair.

After committing the crime Vidya went outside and said that her mother had died a natural death. Police came the spot and suspected.

When grilled the young lovers confessed to the crime. Both of them detained, police said.
