SAARC FM meet in New Delhi

New Delhi, Sept 15, 2007: Finance Ministers of member nations of the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation or SAARC met in New Delhi today, to discuss ways and means to boost mutual cooperation in the economic sector.

The ministers reviewed progress made since their first meeting in Islamabad in July 2006. A finance secretary- level meeting to finalise recommendations charter and by-laws of the SAARC development Fund preceded today"s meet.
