Three labourers killed, one injured in Doda landslide

Jammu, Sep 17 (UNI) At least three labourers were buried alive and one injured when a landslide struck Doda town in Jammu and Kashmir today, police sources said.

Three labourers were killed while one injured in a sudden landslide near Dak bungalow in Doda at 12 noon, sources said.

The victims were immediately shifted to the civil hospital Doda, where three were declared brought dead, while one Dinesh Kumar was undergoing treatment.

The deceased were identified as Bansant Ram, Bittu Rana and Angrez Singh, all residents of Doda district, police said.

The upper reaches of Jammu and Kashmir were experiencing irregular rainfall since past couple of days.
