Omnitech enters JV with Japan's Sanwell

Mumbai, Sep 17 (UNI) Omnitech Infosolutions Limited has entered a joint venture with Japanese company Sanwell Company Limited to form Arham Technologies Company Limited (ATCL).

ATCL will have a total investment of 100 mn Japanese Yen. Both companies will make an investment in the ratio of 60:40.

The object of this new company will be to carry on the business in IT consultancy, software development for embedded systems and infrastructure management.

Commenting on the joint venture, Omnitech managing director Atul Hemani said, ''This joint venture will bring to fore the India advantage and Japanese culture to create value in the IT space for all stakeholders.'' UNI AD MAZ AG1650
