The project, 'Formation of Network of Citizen's Neighbourhood Heritage Movements Through the use of Multi-media in Asia from Goa to Nara in Japan', aims at establishing citizens' networks in Nara and Goa so that they can understand and represent their own neighbourhood and eventually to expand such networks to other parts of Asia, said M Rajaretnam, director of the ICG, here today.
