Final verdict in DM murder case on Oct one

Patna, Sep 17 (UNI) A sessions court of Patna would pronounce its final verdict in the murder case of the then Gopalganj District Magistrate G M Krishnnaiya on October 1, 2007.

Additional District and Sessions Judge (First) Ramshresth Rai reserved the judgement after completing the hearing on the legal aspects of the case.

As per the case Mr Krishnnaiya was murdered by a violent mob in Muzaffarpur in 1994.

Altogether 36 people including former MP Anand Monhan, his wife Lavli Anand, MLA Vijay Kumar Shukla alias Munna Shukla, MLA Akhlakh Ahmad were made named accused in the case.
