AP govt encouraging corruption, alleges TDP
Hyderabad, Sep 17 (UNI) Telugu Desam Party (TDP) President N Chandrababu Naidu today alleged that the Rajasekhara Reddy government was encouraging corruption in the state by not taking action against corrupt officials and ministers.
Addressing a press conference here, Mr Naidu said former Vigilance Commisioner R C Samal's report had mentioned certain corrupt IAS officials and Dr Reddy had failed to take action against them.
Alleging that the Chief Minister's relatives and his henchmen were involved in scams and looted public money in several projects, he alleged that all the irrigation projects were awarded to the companies, which had no prior experience in executing such projects.
