Mob torches missionary's house for misleading people

Lucknow, Sep 16 (UNI) A mob today set ablaze the house of a christian missionary for ''misleading people'' by his exorcist acts in Madiyanv area of the Uttar Pradesh capital.

The incident occurred at village Birauli, where Virendra Singh of Indira Nagar area used to ask locals to forbid idol worship and misguide them by his exorcist activities.

After the act came to the light to a section of people, a mob torched the Singh's house.

Meanwhile, a case had been registered against 14 persons.
