983 grampanchayats registers name in dispute free campaign

Kolhapur, Sep 16 (UNI) Some 983 grampanchayaties registered their name to join Mahatma Gandhi 'Tantamukta' (Dispute Free) village campaigning in this district.

There are a total 1027 grampanchayaties in the district out of this 983 have participated in this campaign that launched by state government recently, District collectorate sources said here today.

In Chandgad 109, Karvir 106, 105 in Shahuwadi, Ajra tehsil all 74, besides other tehsils in the district, who all have decided to join in the campaign, the sources added.
