Scorching sun and humidity wears down heavy on denizens

Patna, Sep 15 (UNI) Patna and its neighbouring districts experienced sultry weather throughout the day while sweltering heat continued to rage strong for yet another day today.

The local Met office recorded the day's maximum temperature at 33 degrees Celsius, while the minimum was pegged at 26 degrees Celsius.

The maximum humidity was as high as 70 per cent.

Meanwhile, the Met office predicted that the sky was lilely to remain clear during the next 24 hours.
