Jaish militant killed in Kashmir

militant
of
Pakistan-based
Jaish-e-Mohammad
(JeM)
was
killed
by
security
forces
in
north
Kashmir,
a
police
spokesman
said
today.
He said, a joint operation was launched by the 33 Rashtriya Rifles (RR) and Special Operation Group (SOG) of Jammu and Kashmir police in a village at Handwara in the frontier district of Kupwara.
During the operation, an encounter took place in which a militant was killed. The slain militant was later identified as Abu Musaib, a resident of Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK).
One AK rifle, five magazines, 100 rounds of ammunition and three hand grenades were recovered from the slain militant.
