Raj: Curfew in Bhora Badi area in Udaipur

Curfew
was
imposed
under
the
Bhora
Badi
police
chauki
area
in
Udaipur
today
following
a
fight
between
two
groups
of
the
Bohra
community
after
a
dispute
in
a
masjid.
Inspector General of Police, Udaipur, Rajeev Dasot said a quarrel took place between Bhora Youth and Shabab group over offering prayers at the Moyadpura Masjid.
This led to stone pelting in which four people were injured. The police had to use mild force to disperse the crowd, he said.
As a precautionary measure, curfew was imposed in the Bhora Badi police chouki area form 9.30 hrs in the city, Mr Dasot added.
