City court grants bail to Rashmi Singh in Uma Khurana case

New Delhi, Sept 15 (UNI) A city court granted bail to Rashmi Singh, who participated in the sting operation to implicate government school teacher Uma Khurana in a prostitution racket.

Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Alok Agarwal said Rashmi had participated in the sting operation on the assurance of reporter Prakash Singh that he needed her help for exposing the racket run by Khurana.

The court granted bail to Rashmi on a surety of Rs 20,000.
