Satheesan Namboothiri new chief priest of Guruvayoor temple

Thrissur, Sep 14 (UNI) Ezhykode Satheeshan Namboothiri (44) was selected as the chief priest (melsanthi) of Guruvayoor Lord Krishna Temple here today.

The selection was conducted after the 'Pantheeradi Pooja' by the present chief priest Moorkkannoor Sree Hari Namboothiri.

Mr Satheesan, a native of Panjal, would be the chief priest for a period of six months from October one.
